Phoenix is the capital of the southwestern U.S. state of Arizona. Known for its year-round sun and warm temperatures, it anchors a sprawling, multicity metropolitan area known as the Valley of the Sun.

There is so much to do in Phoenix! Explore the extensive trail system at South Mountain Park, hike up the city’s most famous natural landmark, Camelback Mountain, and smell the desert blooms at the Desert Botanical Garden, a celebration of native desert flora and fauna.
